INGREDIENT­S

½ cob of sweetcorn, leaves removed and kernels sliced from the husk • ½ inch piece of fresh ginger • 1 apple • 1 stick of celery • 4 ice cubes • pinch of paprika

METHOD

1. Pass the sweetcorn, ginger, apple, celery and ice cubes through a juicer. Strain if you prefer it a little smoother.

2. Finish with a pinch of paprika and serve – by downing in one.
