Secrets of an aesthetic doctor

- Age: 37 Job: Aesthetic doctor and GP Skin issue: Dry, inflamed skin Skin aim: To calm and soothe through maximum hydration

The first thing I do after I step out of the shower is apply TPB Revive Serum (£125, drrabiamalik.com). It’s an allin-one antioxidant product that protects my skin from the damaging free radicals and pollutants that are par for the course as a Londoner. My skin can look sallow first thing, so I use Medik8 Hydr8 B5 (£40, medik8.com). It contains hyaluronic acid, which holds on to 1,000 times its weight in water, saturating thirsty skin with a moisture hit that will plump it out and make lines less apparent. Although my skin is dry, I don’t want to overload it with heavy products, which could make it look slick under make-up. Epionce Ultra Shield Lotion SPF50 (£43.50, effortlessskin.com) is lightweight and contains mineral UV filters.
