Ex­er­cis­ing daily has been linked with bet­ter bone health in women, re­port re­searchers from the Univer­sity of Ex­eter. No need to panic – the study showed that one or two min­utes of high-in­ten­sity ex­er­cise is all it takes to reap the skele­tal re­wards. Chan­nelling Usain Bolt while you dash for the bus should do the trick.
