When I want to re­ally sweat…

I love do­ing spin at Heart­core and 1Rebel ( When I first did a Barry’s Boot­camp class, I thought I was go­ing to fall flat on my face dur­ing the sprint in­ter­vals. I’ve never been much of a run­ner, but it’s sat­is­fy­ing to feel my­self im­prov­ing.

If I feel a lit­tle off… –

I pay a visit to my acupunc­tur­ist Maire Weaver (acupunc­ture­cures. I love how re­lax­ing the process is – and how it seems to get me back in bal­ance, whether my sleep pat­terns have been out of whack, I’ve had a skin flare-up or I’m deal­ing with back pain.

For a healthy din­ner…

There’s a great Viet­namese place on Kens­ing­ton Church Street called Tem Tép – the food is so full of fresh, clean flavours.

The broth comes served with lots of noo­dles, shred­ded chicken and fresh chilli on the side

– it’s like buildy­our-own ra­men.

When my skin needs some ex­tra mois­ture…

When I’m shop­ping for ac­tivewear...

My first stop is Var­ley (var­ It does re­ally good cuts and the prints are my vibe – a good mix of fash­ion and func­tion­al­ity. I love P.E Na­tion (pe-na­ leg­gings, too. I spend a lot of time in ac­tivewear – so it needs to pair well with a leather jacket and Con­verse.
