Targets: Core (a) Lie on your back with the soles of your feet together so your knees are bent out to the sides. Straighten your arms overhead, with your biceps touching your ears. (b) Use your abs to lift your upper body, bringing your arms over your head and in between your knees. Then roll back down, slowly and with control.
