Targets: Core, glutes, hamstrings, quads, chest, lower back (a) Begin in a squat position with your hands on the floor in front of you. (b) Jump your feet out into a plank, then back into the squat position. Leap up as high as you can with your arms above your head, landing with soft knees. Now go again.
