What, for you, is the most important part of such professionalism?

I want my players to be responsible. That’s absolutely vital. From nine until four, I can supervise them on the training ground. However, the other side of the coin is a player’s private life. I cannot control that. Nor do I want to. I’m not a policeman. I want to create a good relationship with my players, but never to control them.
