“I was single when I bought the house and I have loved living here but we are each selling our properties to buy our first home together.
“I will miss this place. It’s really easy to maintain and the kitchen dining room is great for entertaining, especially as it leads out into the garden, which is completely private.”
Fulford is a popular suburb to the south side of York.
