Agent to raise funds for hospice

AFTER renting out more than 30,000 homes since launching 15 years ago, lettings agent Linley and Simpson is now throwing its support behind a very different kind of ‘house’.

The company, which has a network of nine offices across North and West Yorkshire, has named Martin House Children’s Hospice as its inaugural Charity of the Year – with the aim of raising £20,000.

Staff are already ahead of schedule having collected £4,000 in the first two months of the partnership. The Boston Spabased hospice cares for children with life-limiting conditions and supports their families.

It relies on charitable donations to continue its work.
