After the flood
Artisan Fireplaces have a new showroom and an unbeatable range of fires
Launched in 1986, Artisan Fireplaces of Brighouse remains one of the very few true fireplace specialists in the UK.
Following the devastating floods of December 2015 which hit the town and left Artisan’s showroom under three feet of water, they have bounced back bigger and better than ever with a brand new entrance hall, reception and a bright, newly-refurbished showroom that displays their unrivalled range of more than 550 fireplaces, fires and accessories to their best advantage.
Artisan sells only fires, fireplaces and stoves at consistently low prices throughout the year that are guaranteed to be unbeatable for like-for-like products.
Over three floors, the long-established, award-winning family firm – now in its
31st year – carries a wide range of styles from the latest modern stove designs to traditional Inglenooks, marble and natural stone fireplaces and the latest state-of-theart designer gas and electric fires. These replicate the look, sound and even smell of a real fire so authentically you’d be hard pushed to know the difference.
Artisan are fireplace manufacturers and direct importers and make everything to any size, in any colour and in any material whether it is in timber, stone, marble or granite; this allows them to beat any genuine price.
They have their own 10-team fleet of professional engineers and so control the whole installation from start to finish, guaranteeing complete satisfaction by always turning up on the day specified and at the time agreed.
Following this, the installation is registered with Hetas or Gas Safe and their after-sales service team is second to none.
There is always a selection of end-of-line fires and fireplaces in the dedicated sale room which represent even better value for money.
At the moment there are give-away deals on Bellfire, Gazco and Drugasar products but only until stocks last, so you’d better be quick if you want to take advantage of these special prices.
Gary Heginbottom, who founded Artisan Fireplaces with Sue Malthouse, said: “When we launched Artisan in 1986 it was with a view to offering a complete fire and fireplace service, all backed by solid credentials in health and safety and delivered with proper old fashioned service.
“Over the years too many so-called fireplace firms have sprung up over the years – I’ve seen dozens of companies come and go locally in my years in the trade, and that’s no reassurance for aftersales service.
“It’s not good enough to sell a few fancy designs, then pass on the technical work to a contractor. A fire is a long-term investment, it needs to be planned and carried out properly and the customer needs support well after the installation.
“Our sales teams and engineers fulfil their customers’ requirements efficiently, safely and, moreover, inexpensively.”
