Open for inspiration

With the worst of the Covid-19 outbreak behind us and life beginning to return, step-by-step, to a degree of normality, Yorkshire Stoves and Fireplaces is delighted to inform customers it is open for business once more.

The extensive showroom on Leeds

Road, Huddersfield, can now be viewed by appointment, allowing plenty of time and, importantly, space for customers to browse in both comfort and safety.

Likewise, home visits are once again available as normal for both surveys and installations so, despite the recent long spell of warm weather, now is the ideal time to begin thinking about improving your home heating so everything is in place before next winter.

Yorkshire Stoves and Fireplaces coowner Liam Clough says: “We are delighted to be able to welcome customers old and new back to the showroom after what has been a difficult time for us all.

“By restricting visits to appointment only, we can ensure they are able to view in complete safety and are able to have the undivided attention of staff should they need to ask any questions or seek any advice on our range.”

Liam and wife Olivia, who established the company 10 years ago, have always adopted a very progressive approach to the business, endeavouring to stock the latest products alongside more traditional models and to keep abreast of trends in an ever-changing market.

They are already well prepared for the phasing out of the most polluting fuels (coal and wet wood) from next year, with all their stoves already complying with the latest DEFRA guidelines on fuel efficiency and air quality.

“At Yorkshire Stoves and Fireplaces we have carefully curated our range from a number of the best manufacturers in the UK and around the world,” says Liam.

“Every item has been picked by our team to reflect the best on offer, giving you a range of options in terms of style, function and budget – but you can rest assured that whatever you choose, it meets the highest possible standards.”

If customers require home-specific advice either before or after a showroom visit, HETAS-trained surveyors are available for home visits at times to suit, to assess your heating needs and suggest a range of stove and fire products.

“Our surveyors are experienced installers with a keen eye for interior design, and will have a wealth of suggestions to help you find the perfect fireside,” says Liam.

Just as a stove is more than merely a heat source, Yorkshire Stoves and Fireplaces aim to be more than just suppliers and installers: they are here to help you create a beautiful interior with a stove or fire that can truly become the heart of your home.

To make an appointment for either a showroom visit or home call, please telephone or go via the website.
