Who knows when we will be able to book a holiday and head off to the ports or airports? So if you are planning a staycation summer, here are a few wines from our favourite holiday destinations that will bring back a few memories. There are fresh whites, perfect for sunshine drinking, a rosé that could make you think of the south of France, and three reds that will go with barbecues, or even rainy nights in.

This 12-bottle case should cost £111.88 but the Yorkshire Post price is just £84. Delivery costs £9.95 for a single case but if you order two cases to the same address, it is free.

There are 12 bottles, two each of:

White wines: Richelieu Colombard Ugni Blanc 2019, Côtes de Gascogne – fresh and crisp, almost Sauvignon in style; Rueda 2019, “Badaio” Bodegas Gótica, Spain – crisp and zesty with citrus fruit and herbs.

Rosé: Nature Secrète 2020, Biologique, Saint Mont, France – lively fresh redcurrant and raspberry fruit. Organic.

Reds: Monastier Cabernet Sauvignon 2019, Pays d’Oc, France – juicy cassis fruit, great with beef; Old Vines Garnacha 2019, Viana, Spain – lively, peppery black cherry fruit; Côtes du Rhône 2019, Coteaux du Rhône – juicy black fruit with a smooth finish.
