2020, Shelter Bay, Marlborough, New Zealand – zesty and zingy, gooseberry and passion fruit; Chenin Blanc 2021, Mineralium, Languedoc, France – Green apples, citrus and a hint of honeysuckle; Chardonnay 2021 Las Manitos, Chile – rounded peachy flavours, team with chicken.

Red wines: Tempranillo 2018, Muerza, Rioja, Spain – warm, spice-edged red berry fruit; Coquille de Terre Old Vines Carignan 2021, Pays d’Herault, France – from top-class winemaker Xavier Roger, smooth dark bramble fruit; Pinot Noir 2020, Lautarul, Romania – light, fresh and full of cherry fruit.
