Charity earns high staff rating

Oxfam has come top of a list of the best not-for-profit employers, as rated by its staff.

The charity scored highly in categories including work-life balance, job security, pay and culture. Charities and the armed forces dominated the top 20 listed by jobs site Indeed, with Leeds City Council also in the top 25. Citizens Advice was second, followed by the Army, BBC, Red Cross, RSPCA and YMCA.
