Guidance to help prevent cot deaths

Midwives have been raising awareness of the steps parents can take to prevent cot deaths.

Staff from Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust gave advice to families at the city’s St Stephen’s Shopping Centre yesterday as part of Safer Sleep Week. More than four babies die of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome every week.
