Technology company eBECS sold to US firm for undisclose­d sum

CHESTERFIE­LD-BASED TECH firm eBECS has been sold to US company DXC Technology.

eBECS, an award-winning Microsoft Gold Partner delivering Total Microsoft Business Solutions and Managed Services that help customers digitally transform their businesses, has operations across the United Kingdom & Ireland, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, America and Canada.

It will be integrated into DXC’s Microsoft practice, adding scale to the American firm’s Digital Transforma­tion strategy.

Technology advisory and investment firm GP helped with the sale.

The deal is GP Bullhound’s eighth transactio­n in 2018, including the sale of Fjord to Accenture and Infinigate to HIG Capital.
