Get dressed for a speedy recovery

Yorkshire Post - - NEWS -

HEALTH: Some hospital doctors and nurses are to swap their scrubs for pyjamas in a bid to encourage patients out of bed.

Chief nursing officer Professor Jane Cummings launched the #EndPJparalysis campaign to encourage patients to get out of bed, dressed in their own clothes to speed up their recovery.

Prof Cummings said: “For many, wearing pyjamas reinforces feeling unwell and can prevent a speedy recovery.”
