Spate of thefts from vehicles

Motorists have been urged to remove any valuables from vehicles following a spate of thefts in South Yorkshire.

Sheffield’s South East neighbourhood policing team has received several reports of thefts from motor vehicles in the area. Clothes and a mobile phone were stolen from a car in Berners Road, Arbourthorne, after offenders smashed a vehicle window with a brick and golf clubs were taken from a vehicle in Birley Wood Drive.
