Learn to cook something a bit special to share with friends and family – this delicious three course meal is bursting with flavours. On this course you will develop a range of cookery skills including curing and charring, emulsifying, pickling and brining, maceration and reductions, the art of fine chopping and cooking the perfect steak and piece of fish.
