Scheme for flats and shops in listed building

A scheme has been unveiled to build three shops and 11 flats in one of the most historic premises in North Yorkshire’s county town.

Stockton-based firm Arkgrove has applied to Hambleton District Council for planning permission and listed building consent to develop the mid19th-century Grade II-listed property off Northallerton High Street.
