The firm has three divisions, Precision Machined Components, Cylinders and Alternative Energy, serving four main markets: oil and gas, defence, industrial gases and alternative energy.

Analyst Robin Byde at Cantor Fitzgerald said: “Pressure Technologies has reported half year results which are in line with our revised expectations following a recent profit warning.

“Despite recent headwinds, the manufacturing divisions are probably now better placed to capture recovery in demand.”
