‘Complacency to blame’ in crash

Complacency may have contributed to a mid-air collision between two planes in a Battle of Britain Air Show, an investigation found. Two Mustangs collided at Imperial War Museum Duxford, Cambridgeshire, on September 23 last year. No one was hurt.
