Paying a premium for Ofsted score
HOMES: Families wanting to live within the catchment of an outstanding school are paying a premium, new research suggests, with homes costing almost £40,000 more than in areas for those rated good.
The study, carried out by website Confused.com, looked at average house prices when compared to Ofsted rankings, finding average house prices were £331,605, within Outstanding catchments, compared to £292,933.
