Court appeal date for disgraced MP

CRIME: An MP jailed for lying to police over a speeding offence will her appeal heard on March 5, the Commons has been told.

Fiona Onasanya continues in her role as MP for Peterborough despite being given a threemonth prison sentence last month. The 35-year-old was found guilty of perverting the course of justice by claiming someone else was driving her car.
