Police seek pair over theft attempt

CLAYTON WEST: Police are trying to trace two men after an assault and attempted theft.

West Yorkshire Police officers were yesterday investigating the attack in Litherop Lane, in the village, near Huddersfield, on Saturday, June 27, at some point between 5.30pm and 5.50pm.

The victim was kicked by two men who demanded money but ran off. One attacker was white, aged 30 to 40 and muscular. The second offender was aged 40 to 50 and slim.
