CSC lands major European deal with Shell

CHESTERFIELD SPECIAL Cylinders (CSC), a provider of bespoke, high-pressure gas containment systems and services, has signed a five-year framework agreement with Shell Hydrogen to supply hydrogen storage cylinders for use at hydrogen refuelling stations across Europe.

In 2017, Shell became the first branded fuel retailer to sell hydrogen at one of its retail sites in the UK.

It has since grown its network of stations across Europe and North America to encourage the adoption of hydrogen in transport systems. CSC will provide ground storage facilities.
