Knights going for growth as firm to move into landmark building
A FAST-GROWING legal firm has revealed it is moving into a famous building in the heart of Leeds.
Knights, the legal and professional services business, has announced it is investing in new office space to support the group’s growth ambitions in Leeds.
Knights, which recently acquired the Leeds law firm Shulmans, will be joining Channel 4 in the Majestic, which has been refurbished by the
Rushbond Group. A spokesman confirmed that 100 staff from Knights will move into the building in January, 2021.
David Beech, CEO of Knights, said: “Today’s announcement reflects Knights’ ongoing commitment to provide a highquality and collaborative working environment for colleagues and will support our expansion in the region through recruitment as we continue to scale our presence across the UK.”
The redevelopment of the sixstorey Majestic, formerly both a cinema and a nightclub, will be completed next month with Channel 4 taking three floors.

He added: “I am confident that this flight to quality will lead to further significant office lettings at Majestic in the near future.
“With Channel 4 and Knights taking a combined total of five floors, there is just 17,000 sq ft still available and interest in that is strong, despite these challenging times.”
