Thebigword helps with virus test sites

LEEDS-BASED LANGUAGE technology company thebigword is supporting the Department of Health and Social Care to provide language services to support the Covid-19 testing programme.

Thebigword is now offering interpreti­ng services via telephone at all testing sites across the UK, as well translatio­n of posters and guidance into multiple languages and voiceover translatio­n for the department’s self-testing informatio­n videos.

Thebigword is also supporting the door-to-door informatio­n service in Leicester with translatio­n and interpreti­ng – ensuring that as many people as possible know how to access Covid-19 testing sites.
