Entrepreneurs join forces to back start-ups leading way to recovery
LEADING BUSINESS figures are joining forces to support a new generation of entrepreneurs who will help to shape the post-Covid economic recovery.
For Entrepreneurs Only (FEO) has launched FEOignition, which is designed to help new business start ups fast track their way to success.
Jan Brumby, the chief executive of FEO, said: “FEOignition is designed and delivered by a group of real-life entrepreneurs who know exactly how it feels to start a business and who want you to succeed in your new venture.
“Starting your own business can be stressful and bewildering at times, and there’s a seemingly endless range of problems and barriers to overcome.
“FEOignition ensures that you’re supported and surrounded by like minded people – and it’s free.
“I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who is starting their business, to ensure that they get up and running with confidence and ambition.”

Hull-based FEO helps entrepreneurs start a business, adapt and grow.
FEO is made up of likeminded local entrepreneurs who collectively turn over around £3.5bn each year. Through regular events and initiatives, FEO aims to motivate, educate, inspire and support others. Members give their time and resources to promote Hull and the Humber region as a great place to start up and run a business.
“Hull and the East Riding is very much an area of small businesses,” Ms Brumby said recently. “Every person who has been involved with FEO has been helped in some way, or has helped others.
“It’s created jobs and these jobs are critical to the local economy. We are all determined to help each other to ensure we come out of this pandemic even stronger.”
