City to celebrate sport success

BUSINESS IN the Sheffield City Region will be given the opportunity to rub shoulders with Olympic and world champions at a red carpet charity dinner.

More than 1,000 guests, including stars from the world of sport such as Rio silver medallist Bryony Page, Paralympic silver medallist Will Bayley, Mountain Bike World Champion Steve Peat and IBF welterweight champion Kell Brook are set to attend Sheffield’s Celebration of Sport.

The gala dinner, organised by the Olympic Legacy Park, will take place in the centre of the Indoor Athletics Arena at the English Institute of Sport Sheffield on October 5.
