How too plait p perfectly
A whole mane might seem daunting when you first come to plait, but Rachel explains how to make the process much more manageable.
Brush out your horse’s mane and dampen it down slightly.
Break the mane down into sections, which are roughly the same width as your mane comb.
Start from the top of each section and plait downwards, securing each one in place with an elastic band at the bottom.
Roll the plait up by tucking it underneath and secure it in place, using either stitching or another elastic band.
