My mum is honestly incredible,” says Miranda Wynne. “For the past 11 years she’s helped me care for my beloved horse. She’s looked after him while I was really ill, when I went to uni and now while I’m training to become a midwife. It’s unconditional support and I’m so grateful. I couldn’t have kept my horse if it wasn’t for her help. Mum knows how important he is to me – she got up at 4:45am every morning for the last 11 years to go and look after him, when I couldn’t be there, took me to so many shows in our horse box that she didn’t even like driving and she cheered me on when I know she was crossing her fingers just hoping I’d come back safely from cross-country. She is wonderful.”
