Nothing stops Leanne spending time with her horse!
My good friend Leanne has struggled with a deteriorating back for some time. She’s only 23 years old and has her own horse called Indie. Most of Leanne’s time is spent at the stables making a fuss of Indie but, unfortunately, as her back has been so bad in recent months, she can no longer ride. Despite this, she tries to remain positive and is always looking to improvise in whatever way she can. One of the best ways Leanne’s found to help Indie in the school is to sit on a barrel. They can still tackle some natural horsemanship exercises together this way and it’s a true mark of Indie’s character and trust in Leanne that they can happily do stuff like this together without Indie blinking an eye at her owner rolling along on a barrel. I thought I’d take a picture of them together to show what a great pair they are. Leanne
