DON’T FORGET ABOUT YOU
You wouldn’t hit the gym without warming up first so give your body a little pre-ride TLC too. Try these simple exercises to stretch and get the blood flowing to your muscles:
Forward lunge on both legs
Lift your arms above your head, stretch tall and do waist twists to the left and right
Step to the side and squat (in both directions)
Cross each arm in front of your body (individually) and hold for 30 seconds
Twist your upper body 90° in one direction, then the other
