GAINING A GREAT REPUTATION
Graduates of IBERS equine courses are well regarded both within and outside the equine industry. Several of the university’s recent BSc graduates have successfully applied to veterinary schools or postgraduate equine physiotherapy courses. Employment destinations include teaching or lecturing roles and working for pharmaceutical companies among others. Other students have pursued alternative careers using the skills they have gained to enter the world of marketing for equine-based products, for example.
The foundation degree leads on to more practical roles, such as becoming a yard or stud manager.
