HOW TO BLOW AN EGG

Begin by piercing the shell at either end of your egg with a pin. The bigger the hole, the easier it will be to blow out the yolk and white so make about five or six pricks with the pin. A good tip is to poke a toothpick into one of the holes in the egg, and use it to break the yolk while it’s still inside. This will make it easier to get the yolk out. Holding the egg in both hands over a bowl, place your mouth over the more pointed end of the egg (or use a straw) and blow really hard – the inside of the egg should start coming out the other end. When the egg is empty rinse with water, then decorate!
