TIME TO SAY NO

Just saying yes means being open to new opportunities, it doesn’t mean agreeing to all those things you are asked to do. sometimes it’s our commitments to other people that stop us being able to say yes to the things we’d really like to do. it can be difficult to tell friends or family members that you can’t help out with childcare or chores, or that you perhaps don’t have time to chat right now, but if you make your reasons clear most people will understand.
