The Lloyds Bank research also revealed properties close to a Marks & Spencer have the second highest premium, with homes typically worth £29,992 more than those further away. Interestingly, houses near a Lidl are valued at £6,416 more, but properties near an Aldi are £2,902 less expensive than those in surrounding areas.
