Viennese Oyster Shells
MAKE WITH THE GRANDCHILDREN

140g (5oz) butter
280g (10oz) icing sugar
1-2 tbsp milk Few drops of pink food colouring
12 viennese biscuits
12 yogurt-covered raisins
1. Beat the butter in a large bowl until soft. Add half the icing sugar and beat until smooth.
2. Add the remaining icing sugar and milk and beat well.
3. stir in the food colouring till well combined.
4. Using a knife, spread a small amount of pink icing on the inside of 6 biscuits.
5. Place a yogurt raisin on top of the icing.
6. Position another biscuit as shown, anchoring one edge in the icing.
