Swap to essential oils

Get rid of your chemicalfilled air fresheners and try using essential oils in a diffuser instead. Avoid ‘fragrance oils’, which are packed with artificial ingredients and look for 100 per cent pure essential oils instead. You only need a few drops to scent a room.
