Add slices of citrus fruit to your fresh flowers to fill your home with a refreshing scent Time: 15 mins Skill level: Beginner Materials Glass vase Tall glass (it must fit inside your vase) Sliced lemons, limes or oranges Fresh flowers 1 Place the glass in your vase. 2 Arrange the sliced fruit in between the glass and vase, beginning at the bottom and overlapping as you go. This will prevent the acidity in the fruit spoiling your flowers. 3 Carefully pour water over the fruit slices and into the glass. 4 Arrange the flowers in the glass. Try to hide the area between the glass and the vase.
