The incredible shrinking Weetabix

I read with interest Janet Peter’s letter about the shrinking number of Gaviscon tablets in a packet. I, too, have noticed products reducing in size. For 35 years I’ve used the same china cereal dish for my breakfast (sad, I know!). For 20 years I needed one-and-a-half Weetabix to make the right consistency with my hot milk. Now I need two-and-ahalf for the same consistency. I shan’t be changing my cereal – I’m a creature of habit – but I want Weetabix to know I’m onto them! Dorothy Thornton, Stoke-on-Trent
