Fuss Free Phones makes using a mobile easy by having friendly telephonists to help. To make phone calls send text messages or use the internet, all you need to do is press a big button on the back of the phone. When you do, you’ll be connected to a UK-based telephonist who will answer the call with your name and help you by putting you through, looking up things on the internet, typing out text messages you want to send, and reading out those you have received. You can also use the phone conventionally with its big buttons and clear screen.

How it works

The service comes with an easy to use TT850 mobile phone and desktop charger, 600 minutes a month and unlimited text messages. Overseas and extra minutes cost 25p a minute, billed separately, but we’ll always call and warn you before you incur any extra cost. It’s all set up and ready to go out of the box. You’ll also get an easy-to-fill-in form for you to list the names and numbers of the people you want to call and a reply paid envelope to send it back to us. We’ll enter the numbers into our system and call you to let you know it’s all ready. Our unique no-nuisance call service uses the list to protect you. When someone on your list calls, they go straight through to your Fuss Free Phone. Calls from people not on the list are first answered by one of our friendly telephonists who will determine if it’s someone you’d want to speak to, then they will be put through. If it’s a scam or nuisance call the telephonist will hang up for you. Only Fuss Free Phones offers this.
