I’m so pleased that society has finally woken up to the scourge of single-use plastics polluting our environment. If you’re keen to help the planet we’ve collected together 41 easy tips to help you do just that. Turn to page 22.

Within the Yours team we’ve all pledged to do our bit – whether it’s swapping to re-usable water bottles and coffee cups or buying loose fruit and veg and taking our own bags to the supermarket. If everyone makes a few small changes it will all add up. Let’s hope that more big companies and the Government speed up their plans to turn the tide on plastic.
