If the time’s come when you or a loved one needs a bit more support, Eldercare’s expert care advice service can guide you towards the very best options

-

If you, or someone you love, need a bit more support it can be difficult to know which way to turn. Navigating the care system can be bit of a maze, especially if you’re going through all this for the first time.

That’s why Eldercare’s service offers expert care advice for their customers and their families or carers who are seeking extra support. And the service is totally free for those who choose a personal alarm with Eldercare.

Thanks to this service, you’ll be able to call and speak to trained advisors who will listen to your needs and wishes and from there, give information and advice to help you make more informed decisions about what to do next.

They’ll be able to advise you on the different kinds of care available as well as sources of support from the local authority, voluntary and private sectors. They’ll also look at the pros and cons of different care options and what to look for when selecting the best care providers in your area.

What’s more they’ll talk you through whether you might be eligible for funding, or any particular benefits, that could help pay for your care, or for adaptations to your home, for example. After the call, they’ll then send you all the information you may need so you can sit down with your family and take the first step towards better care together.
