QI have lots of photos on my phone, computers and on the ‘Cloud’, but I never print any off. I’m dreading sifting all through them, is there an easy way of do this?

Ali, by email Yours says To ensure you don’t lose those memories, you’re right to keep a back-up online. Once done, the Duplicate Image Remover by ManyProg is user-friendly and searches for duplicate images on your computer or laptop, and frees up space on your harddrive.

QI always seem to have a lot of wrapping paper and tags, but by next year’s birthdays and Christmas it’ll be all battered and creased and I’ll end up throwing it away. Can you recommend something to keep it neat, tidy and usable?

Angie, Rochdale Yours says This 22-litre box from Really Useful is a perfect size to store your wrapping paper and bits and pieces.

QCan I still knit the mini knitted bobble hats for the smoothie drinks that raise money for charity?

Ellen, Newcastle Yours says While the hats won’t be back on the bottles until 2022, Innocent is accepting them now to help with its Age UK fundraising. Patterns are available online at www.thebigknit.co.uk/knittingpatterns. When you’re finished, send them to Big Knit, Innocent drinks, 342 Ladbroke Grove, London W10 5BU with your name, address, the date and how many you’ve knitted.

QI have an older car and in the winter it takes a long time to demist the windscreen. How can I prevent this from happening?

David, Dorset Yours says It’s bad enough scraping the windscreen on a cold morning without sitting inside waiting for the windscreen to defog, and while it may not stop it completely, having a dehumidifier in the car overnight will certainly help. The reusable Pingi dehumidifier will absorb condensation, mist, dampness and odours. It won’t leak or drip and when it’s full, just pop it into the microwave to renew (read the instructions). ■ rrp £4.29 from

QMy neighbour kindly bought me a gift card, but it’s unlikely I’ll be using it. What do I do with it?

Pam, Hythe

Yours says If regifting it isn’t an option, you can sell it online at www.cardyard.co.uk. Put the card details on the website and if you accept its offer, send in the card and, once validated, you’ll receive your money, and then you can buy something that you’d really like!
