Jodi Fowler joined as a physical education teacher and Teresa Crasto-donnelly joined as a math teacher. Both will work in the BOCES Pathways in Technology Early College High School (P-TECH) program. P-TECH is a fourto-six year program for grades 9-14 offered to students in the region through a consortium that includes BOCES, the Capital Region Chamber of Commerence, Hudson Valley Community College and Schenectady Community College. There are 50 students enrolled in the program for 2020-21 school year.

Joshua Cukerstein joined as vice president and commercial loan officer. Cukerstein has 20 years of commerical banking experience as a credit analyst, portolio manager and loan officer at First Niagara/key Bank and Kinderhook Bank/community Bank. Cukerstein has a bachelor’s degree from Hobart.

James Griffin and William Mannix honored with Lifetime Achievement Awards. Griffin has been the executive director of the Hornell Industrial Development Agency for 38 years. He is also the president of the Hornell Chamber of Commerce. Griffin is a past chair and board member of the NYSEDC and has been named the organization’s New York State Developer of the Year. Mannix has been the director of Islip’s Department of Economic Development since 1993. Mannix has also earned NYSDOY honors the Paul B. Townsend Spirit of Long Island Award. He is a past member and chair of the NYSEDC board.

■ SARATOGA HOSPITAL
Dr. Abigail Neighmond and Dr. Keir Neighmond joined the hospital’s primary care group in Scotia. The couple comes from Freeman Health System in Joplin, Mo. Keir Neighmond is a native of the Capital District. Both doctors received their medical degrees from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Abigail Neighmond completed an internship and residency at Des Peres Hospital (now St. Luke’s Des Peres Hospital) in St. Louis. Keir Neighmond completed an internship and residency at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center (now Mercy Hospital St. Louis).
