New co-working space in Albany
Anew co-working space is open at 111 Washington Ave. The Business Hub offers flexible membership options, with plans ranging from open desks to fully serviced offices. Virtual membership options are also available. The Business Hub, managed by Migrate Business Services and located in a building owned by Picotte Companies, acts as a business concierge, "providing access to deals, services, and new opportunities in local markets and around the world," according to a statement.
“Picotte is committed to helping businesses of the capital region succeed by providing our partners with safe and sanitary, high quality commercial real estate options,” said Nancy Carey Cassidy, executive vice president and CEO at Picotte Companies. “We are proud to welcome The Business Hub to downtown Albany in our landmark Capitol Hill building. Migrate is providing a stand-out,
innovative space for co-working, and we’re looking forward to a continued partnership.”
Safety protocols — enhanced cleaning, self-sanitizing door handles, and more — are in place at the Hub, as it is at all Picotte commercial real estate properties.
“The Business Hub is more than just a co-working space,” said Phil Reedy, general manager at Migrate. “It’s a community coming together to help businesses succeed and thrive in today’s economy. Picotte’s Washington Avenue building is a natural fit for the Business Hub.
This prime location will connect our clients to new opportunities, resources, and all that Albany has to offer.”
The office building is less than a block from the Capitol and Empire State Plaza. It is currently home to law firms, trade associations and government affairs specialists.
