Giants’ Barkley doubtful Monday
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — Star running back Saquon Barkley has been listed as doubtful for the New York Giants' game against the Seattle Seahawks on Monday night because of a sprained right ankle.
Barkley practiced on a limited basis Saturday for the third straight day and coach Brian Daboll listed him as doubtful on the final injury report.
Daboll also said star left tackle Andrew Thomas would miss his third straight game with a hamstring injury.
Raiders’ Garoppolo ruled out

CLEVELAND — Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku suffered burns to his face and arm in an accident at home while lighting a fire pit.
Njoku was added to the injury report on Saturday and listed as questionable for Sunday's home game against the Baltimore Ravens.

“There is not currently a timetable for his return to the team,” the Hornets said in a statement.
Refs admit Liverpool 'error'
LONDON — The referees’ governing body in England admitted a “significant human error” after Luis Diaz had a goal ruled offside in Liverpool’s 2-1 loss at Tottenham in the Premier League on Saturday.
Diaz struck what he thought was a 34th-minute goal in the match at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, only for it to be ruled out.
The Professional Game Match Officials Limited (PGMOL) later admitted the mistake.
