Sean Penn, Academy Award winner for “Mystic River” in 2003 and for his portrayal of University at Albany alum Harvey Milk in “Milk” in 2008, speaks with Mark Koplik, assistant director of the New York State Writers Institute on Friday at the Performing Arts Center Recital Hall at Ualbany. Penn discussed his new novel, “Bob Honey Who Just Do Stuff,” the tale of an “odd job man” who kills off the weak and the sick as part of a secret contract with the government.
